Hi, I am trying to use Sublime Text 4 to practice CSS but it is not reflecting on the HTML file that I tried to link.
Do I need to register my sublime account so to make this work? Thanks in advance for answering.

This definitely sounds like a caching or markup issue, not an editor issue.
What does your stylesheet look like? And where is the CSS file relative to the HTML file on disk?

It says in the popup “the trial is untimed”. You must purchase a license for continued use and once you do the popup will stop, but you can click the cancel button and continue evaluating without a time limit.
