Use prepare-commit-msg githook

Hi there,

it would be awesome if Sublime Merge would support the prepare-commit-msg hook if defined in .git/hooks/prepare-commit-msg!

Sorry, I just noticed that in fact the hook is executed, but it adds a newline, so I can not see the leading text this hook is adding automatically…

My hook doesn’t seem to be triggering at all - I focus the commit box and it stays blank. Presumably it should be getting populated with the result of the hook?
