Upgrade without losing settings and packages?

Hi, it’s possible to update to sublime 3 3059 from 3047 without losing anything like packages, plugins, and so on?

Yes.

Yes. You will only lose your setting and packages when upgrading from sublime text 2 to sublime text 3.
