Upgrade ST builtin python

Python used by SublimeText 3176 is 3.3.6 which was released at Oct. 12, 2014, a lot of cool features missing from more modern releases when creating plugins

No plans to upgrade to modern python (>=3.6) in ST yet?

Personally, I’ve got a lot of plugins using codebase (which it’s shared by other projects outside sublime) I can’t refactor/upgrade to use more modern practices because this annoying limitation.

So yeah… could you give us modern python to play with? pleeeeeease!!!
