Hi,
I decided to update my ST3 on W10 from B3095 to the latest. However when I try to install the latest version I get the message ‘This app has been blocked for your protection’ from User Account Control.I can’t figure how to get round this. Anybody else had this problem, and if so how did you resolve it?

There should be a link in the message box called “More Information”.
When you click on it, it should give the option to “Install Anyway” or something like that.
I don’t use Windows 10, so your experience may vary.
Thanks Jackeroo, but there is no option on the message box other than the Close button. I do then get a message ‘Unable to run with elevated privileges’ from the ST Installer. But again there is no option to do anything else other than ‘OK’ which cancels the installation.
Sorted! It was Windows Smartscreen that was preventing me doing the update. Fixed now,and up to date on ST3!
