Sublime does more frequent auto-updates recently, and the updater is unusable [Windows, v3, 3114]
What it always does: shows “Update” in taskbar, clicking the title does nothing, no window, etc.
Sometimes there are 2 such windows open, once I’ve seen 3. I’m not even sure how it should look normally
