Update PGP key instructions

Hi, your instructions for adding sublime repo is outdated, and results in key being added to legacy trusted keyring when following exactly.

When is this going to be fixed? It’s been like this for ages now.

As you can see in this help section here, your app is one of two made an example of, the other from Microsoft.

The documentation has always been a pain point in ST. If you are someone who is active in discord or the official tracker or the likes, it ideally isn’t an issue (could still be an issue, but ideally you just bookmark a message, conversation etc.), but for all others, yes it kind of gets annoying.
