Every time when I open the ST3, updataing npm dependencies appear in the console of ST3，I set the “update_check”:false, it dosen’t work or there is another option need to set ?

"update_check": false setting is related to Sublime Text updates only and works only if you have a valid license. It seems that one of the plugins you have installed tries to update npm dependencies.
Please provide you Package Control user settings (via menu item Preferences -> Package Settings -> Package Control -> Settings – User).

I‘m sure it is because of the plugin Javascript completions…
