Undo stops working

I’m running version 2.0.2

I have this weird problem that happens occasionally. I will be in the middle of editing documents and I will go to undo something and it’s as if I just opened the document and there are no history steps to undo. At this point every open document loses it’s undo history. There’s never an error message, the undo history for every document just goes poof

Any ideas?

Am I correct in understanding that this not just a user to user forum but the place to get official support for Sublime Text?
I would appreciate getting some help with this issue as it happens a couple of times per week and is becoming a real problem.

very special cases has support from the community. The problem you are describing is probably caused by some package(external plugin).

Try View -> Show Console

sublime.log_commands(True);

This will show a lot of actions in the console. When the problem described popups, try to look there for someone to blame :stuck_out_tongue:

I actually have the exact same problem.
It does not always happen, it can happen only on some opened files
And there is no error in the console :s
This is really strange.

What i can is that at the same time i often have the cursor not following anymore while i type. My guess would be that i entered a special mode… but dont see how :smiley:
