The previous versions of Sublime wouldn’t save unchanged files when Ctrl+S is pressed, so that the files’ modification time is unchanged and Make wouldn’t recompile the source files (Make checks the timestamp).
But the current version changes the modification time of unchanged files when Ctrl+S is pressed.
(I have the habit of pressing Ctrl+S even if the file is unchanged…)
