For several days, I got an error message when trying to update Sublime Merge to version 2121 via the Linux repository, because the checksum is missing. I use DNF in Fedora Linux 43. Can this be fixed please so that the usual update process works again?

@deathaxe Thank you for marking this as a duplicate and providing links to the known topics. I wasn’t looking for “digest”. In the german installation, the word “Prüfsumme” (= “checksum”) is used. I hope a reliable solution will be available soon.

Repository formats and signing requirements just have changed recently. Be it a digist, a checksum or hash algorithms such as sha1, which are no longer trusted, all of it is related and acknowledged by sublimehq to be worked on.
