Unable to retrieve lost licenses

Greeting,

I am unable to retrieve my lost licenses. I do get positive feedback, however there is no email in my inbox nor in spam. I was able to register to this forum and confirm my email, the connectivity should be fine.

Did you perhaps buy a license with an old email address instead of the one you submitted?

Hi Benjamin,

There’s no way to trigger the retrieval of the lost keys with an invalid email address.

In that case it’s likely there were issues delivering the email. Is the email on this forum account the same one you bought the licenses with?

Yes, I used the same email address for the forum registration.
