Scenario:
Every time, I try to increase/decrease size of the sublime window horizontally on mac by clicking on left border, 2 actions are being triggered-
- Action 1 is desired one, the sublime window border is selected for moving left or right, in order to resize sublime window horizontally.

Action 2 is unwanted, and should only be allowed if user is not trying to resize window. Here I am noticing 2 different behaviours basis window state:
a. If Sidebar is open, the page from sidebar is selected/grabbed for moving up or down the pane, and the page moves, as soon as you release the click.
b. If sidebar is not open, the line number and the line is selected.
Expected: Only Action 1 is expected. Action 2 should not be triggered.
Probably the selection of the left border should have a buffer of around 50 pixels on macbook, and should switch to action 1, as soon as the mouse icon/pointer changes to ‘col-resize’ (Move left or right) type.
