I have downloaded Sublime 3 64-bit on my Windows 10 64-bit machine, but the installer doesn’t run. I have also tried running the EXE and running it as an administrator from Windows Explorere. Nothing happens – no error, no window, nothing. I also tried downloading the portable file, extracting it and running it. Is there anything that could be blocking the install? My Norton Security marks it as safe.

Should run out of the box on a clean Windows.
Didn’t check the installer, but the executable is signed and therefore should be trusted by AntiVirus software.
Which Windows 10 version and GUI language do you use?
