Hi all,
am using sublime text 2 and unable to get to old files opened in sublime.
now when I open sublime it just opens up as blank without any text files.
previously it would open text files I have been working on.

Can someone let me know how to open that old session which I lost and not opening now ?

It sounds like the session file was corrupted or lost somehow, or perhaps a setting was changed.
Either way, hardly anyone uses ST2 any longer since ST3 has been officially released and has many, many improvements. The last I checked before the 3.0 release, about 95%+ of Package Control users were using the ST3 beta instead of ST2.

The file you are looking for is called Session.sublime_session and would usually be found in your profile directory under AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Local.
If the file was corrupted and you loaded then quit Sublime there’s a fair likelihood that this file may have been reset, but if you have any previous backups you could roll back your sublime session file and open it in another editor (for example, a portable copy of sublime) to inspect and/or peel some of the recoverable file contents.
