MacBook Air just updated to High Sierra 10.13.1, Sublime 3.0, build 3143.
After the recent update, as I type I have to wait for Sublime to catch up. About 1 character a second displays which makes the app unusable. Large files, small files, new files, makes no difference. Thanks in advance for any help.
Have you tried http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html to see if it is a package?
Also noticing a slowness in keeping up with typing recently. Was okay with no packages installed, restored packages via PackageSsync and it was slow again. Tried removing packages systematically and found that VCS Gutter was the cause of my problems.
