I’m using altgr to insert unicode characters in both Linux and Windows. However, when I try typing capital s-comma (Ș) in Windows by pressing altgr+shift+s, it will not insert it. It simply does nothing (or at least nothing visible). On Linux it works fine, and also in other apps in Windows. I have the same key bindings on both. Is there something different on Windows that prevents me from typing this character?
