I have installed package control and added some colorsublime themes.
However, when I changed the themes, background color changed okay but all the text are the same color.
I am using build 3126 with OS X El Capitan.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Just set syntax for your new file. It won’t be highlighted until you save it or set syntax.

Also found some theme such as “1Pastel” provides one color for html.
Default color schemes (except Monokai) are not actively maintained. If you want to see the latest and the most accurate highlighting use Monokai or some popular color schemes which you can find on Package Control.
