Two newly experienced problems in latest Sublime version 4189 for windows 10 Pro:
File locks do not seem to be getting released. I had not experienced this before, and could be to coinciding File Explorer sudden strange behavior.
Open files’ tab in the window is not showing in tab or a small version of it. This seems to be definitely new, and very bad problem. Some open files do not have a visible tab (even when scrolling the tabs).

Is this happening in safe mode?

Can you provide a screenshot or video of this happening? There are some cases where files should not have a tab associated with them, for instance when using goto-anything, but otherwise this is not really possible.
I have to apologize for not examining issues myself in more detail. These seem to have started recently, and the tab issue, upon further re-examination, maybe due to a new TAB scroll bar design?
As for the file lock issue, I did have this issue, but not sure if Windows or Sublime was the cause and I really do not have the time to investigate it further. I will see what happens with time.
Are you referring to single files or do you experience issues with removing git tracked directories?
ST’s git implementation holds a lock on files in .git directories, preventing git tracked directories from being removable.
