Try to make one snippet - sublime 3

I try to make one hello snippet with Sublime Build 3083 - UNREGISTERED version.
I follow this tutorial : http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/sublime-code-snippets/.
I try to put my snippet under C:\Sublime\Data\Packages\User folder.
This not working for me.
Any idea ? Thank’s.
