Tries to change Firewall setting

#1

Why does Sublime Text try to change my Firewall settings when I press Ctrl + o?

I assume it’s the windows firewall but I use another one that among other things detect if some software tried to change the setting for the firewall. It tries several times if I block it.

I have the portable version of Sublime Text, the one ontop on the download page.

Just a guess as I’m not a Windows user, but it might be related to a remote filesystem such as a mounted server. Maybe Windows sees that a program on a removable drive (a potential security threat) is accessing the network in order to show network drives in the Open dialog.
