Transfer settings to new machine

I’ve got a new computer, and I want to transfer all the settings and preferences… Is there a good way to do this? What is the best way?

On old PC:
Preferences-> browse packages. Go up a folder then Right click-> add to archive

On new PC:
Right click on the archive -> extract files. Obviously, in the same folder (clicking on browse packages it’s the best way to find your settings folder)

Hi, quick question on your answer…I don’t see the ‘add to archive’ option on my old computer. I am in file explorer after browsing packages and no add to archive option. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Maybe Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder

Anyway, the idea is just to copy the whole package directory from one computer to another.
