Transfer Package with Carbonite?

Let me start by saying I am a Sublime Text Neophyte.

Can I use Carbonite Backup to transfer my package between computers? Or…with an external drive? And if so, what is the best way to do that? TIA

Best approach is with Dropbox (or a similar file sync service). Detail here: https://packagecontrol.io/docs/syncing Can confirm it works extremely well.
