I just got a new iMac (yay!) with Catalina and installed all my usual devtools, including ST3. When I setup my usual build tools I find that although they are saved in the default folder ($USER/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/User) they do not appear in the “Tools -> Build System” menu. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

Do they have the sublime-build file extension? Any file in any package with that extension should show up as a build, even if it’s not actually a build file. Generally the reason for them not appearing is not being in a package or not having the appropriate extension so that Sublime can tell what they are.

No they did not. It didn’t use to remove the extension when I typed a name in. Now it does. Thanks! I’ll be more careful about that in the future.
