Tkinter package for sublimetext 3 on OS X 10.9.5

My son want to learn a bit python. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a tkinter plugin.

Any ideas for python code completion and tkinter package on sublimetext 3?

I dont know, if OS X and Windows has the same behaviour. On my Windows I’ve installed Python. So I can import the libraries from this installation (i.e. tkinter or wx) in ST too.
