The attribute is not available in SDublime Text 2. Can someone tell me why?

The HTML tags available has received a huge overhaul - if you are on the dev version of Sublime Text 3 you will see these updates:

No I am not. I jsut purchased a full version of 2. Is an upgrade for my purchase available?

If you just purchased, then your license is valid for st3 as well.
