Theming help needed: how to change background colour of "About" Popup

#1

Hello,

as this is my first post, first things first, sublime text is absolutely genuine! Undisputed! As important to me for my daily work as the blood in my veins!

Now to my question, i have successfully customized sublime text to my personal preference, with only some small details missing.

I want to change the background color of the “Help > About” popup, but i have no idea how to address this (class name) in my theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

I believe the dialog class if what you want: https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/themes.html#elements-dialogs.

Thanks, on a quick test that seems to have effected this element, im gonna play around more tomorrow and inform you about success, now the new Path of Exile league is starting and im occupied for the evening.

On a personal note, as i’ve read your name often in the sublime text context, great work, really, thanks very much!

OK, as i had forgotten to update my game client and needed to wait a 4G download i tried it again,
turns out you were right, its the “dialog” class, thanks again.

At first i got confused as changing “color”: [r, g, b] attribute did change the color but only to black regardless of values,
but using layer0.tint and layer0.opacity did the trick of setting any color.

Also took the time to look it up, i remembered correctly youre the guy behind package control which earns you another personal “Thank You” for your community effort
