Theme Creation Guide

Hey, i’ve been looking every where and i can’t find a decent tutorial on how to make Sublime-Text 3 UI Themes.
i’m not talking about color schemes, there lots of tutorials on how to create those.
I’m talking about actual UI Themes like Soda, Flatland, Spacegray, etc.

any ideas where i can find a decent guide on how to make my own theme?

This is the closest thing to a guide that I know of. Other than that, you should refer to the existing theme(s)’ source code and check what and how they did. I have no experience with theming myself.
