Please help me. How do I fix it? I can’t find View: Toggle Menu

Does it appear if you type View: Toggle Menu?

I have fixed it. Two ways here work well:

Try to change theme from Adaptive.sublime-theme to Default.sublime-theme, the title bar should be gone
or still keep Adaptive.sublime-theme and then add “themed_title_bar”: false into Preferences.sublime-settings (Preferences -> Settings).

The menu bar has disappeared and I can't find View: Toggle Menu
