Why I created key binding customization but it doesn’t work and have effect whatsoever ?
It’s on Sublime 4. Please help out

it was installed with SublimeNim plugin
so suspected is it caused some conflicting parts related to key map… or what else?
other modded setting works to make effect on same dir.:
~/.config/sublime-text/Packages/User
$ ls
‘Default (Linux).sublime-keymap’ ‘Package Control.sublime-settings’ Preferences.sublime-settings
Monokai.sublime-color-scheme ‘Package Control.user-ca-bundle’
