"That license key is no longer valid" after replacing hard drive

My hard drive recently died and after restoring from a backup on a new drive, Sublime Text is not accepting my license key. I’m seeing many posts where users got this message, along with “… and has been removed”, however this is not appearing on my error message. It simply states “That license key is no longer valid”.
I have copied the license exactly as it appears in the email, new lines and everything.
What can I do to fix this?

That means the license key was revoked, usually due to it being shared/leaked in some way. I suggest contacting sales@sublimetext.com.
