Text color scheme not changing

#1

Whenever I apply a new color scheme to sublime text 4, the background changes but the text remains the same.
Those are the same colors even if I change the scheme. I mean the colors adjust a bit accordingly but not much like light pink would become red but all the basic scheme remains same.
My macros have different colors but since they are all macros, they should have the same color. I had it earlier.

chmpn, prime, rgx should have same color. Not happening.
If anyone could help with anything that I might have changed in setting that made this syntax color scheme to remain the same for every scheme or maybe something else, I would be very grateful.

That looks like the color scheme you’re using is using hashed syntax highlighting, meaning that unique colors are derived from names. Using a color scheme that doesn’t do that, like the built-in Mariana or Monokai you won’t have that behavior.

The built in are not working too.
They are also changing just the background
