I am on version 4200, M2 macbook pro, Somona 14.6.1.
How do I explain this. Every “50” inputs I make (characters, moving the carat, clicking, etc) the view area will stop responding. I will make 5-10 more inputs, and at some point it will start to render the view again.
Extremely frustrating as I have to manipulate text blindly. Definitely have happened quite a bit on this device, not on others, been using Sublime more than a decade.
Maybe yet another MacOS OpenGL driver bug causing it.
To verify you can disable hardware accelleration via "hardware_acceleration": "none",
It doesn’t always happen, but it did just now, I added the key/val in preferences, restarted, and right now it does not seem to happen.
I’ll see if this solves it long term and get back to this thread!

EDIT to not bump: Seems to have solved it, a few days later now without it happening.
