The Sublime team is small and mostly dedicated to development. They do monitor here frequently, but you might need to give them more than a few hours to look at and answer your question.

From the “legal” and business point there’s no obligation for such. Payment of anything can be for different products and services and I think we pay mostly for the development and removal of a popup, not support, though the team do respond when they have time as dewm_solo pointed.
That’s why a BIC is a pen and a Mont Blanc has a two years guarantee.
