Hi,
After upgrading to the last Sublime 3 build (3114), the tabs bar shows overlapped tabs, even there is plenty of space availabe (picture below). This problem did not exist in Sublime 2.
Setting the “enable_tab_scrolling” to false also didn’t help.
I’m using Windows 10 x64 and the laptop resolution is 3200x1800, maybe the high dpi screen is the issue.

You could try adjusting the "dpi_scale" setting in your Preferences. i.e. set it to 1.0 and see if the tabs still overlap. (You will need to restart ST after saving the config file with changes to this setting, before it will take effect.)

Thanks for your answer.
It did solve the problem, but then Sublime is not usable any more. All of the elements looks very small and cannot be read.

If you delete the dpi_scale setting you added and restart ST3, and then go to View -> Console and scroll to the very top of the console panel, what DPI scale does it show there?
Maybe it would be possible to find a scale between 1 and that one, in conjunction with changing the font size, that makes the tabs and the elements readable at the same time?
Also, are you using a third-party theme? (is "theme": specified in your user preferences?)

The default DPI Scale is set to 2.5
If I set the dpi_scale to a number between 1.0 and 2.5 (e.x 1.5 or 1.8), it makes the editor font messed up. I think if the dpi_scale is not set to 1.0 or the default value, the line height of text editor would mismatch with the font size (like picture below).
I’m using one the predefined themes (Eiffel) and not a third-party one. I also checked with the default theme, nothing changes and the problem still exists.
How can I report this issue to Sublime developers?
