The tabbar disappeared with the combination ctrl+shift+s. A clean install doesn’t resolve this problem and I have no idea what to do right now to get the tabs back. Does anyone know how to?

I am also encountering this problem with Build 3103 on Windows
For me, the solution was to restart my computer and then in Sublime go to View -> Show Tabs (You can also find this in Ctrl+Shift+P -> View: Toggle Tabs)
After that, I added the Ctrl+Shift+S keybinding to my User Defaults (you can just copy it from Sublime’s Default Key Binding)
It seems to be working fine now

For me the solution was to delete SideBarSeparator plugin in Sublime. Only after removing of this plugin I was able to launch “View: Toggle Tabs” and my tabs came back.
