Tab group in Sublime Text

How to make a group of tabs? It turns out there are tabs, going to one of them, there are displayed other tabs.

The acquaintance somehow did this, but does not know how it happened.

In the screenshot below, it’s more and more understandable, probably.

What you’re calling a group of tabs is actually just MacOS representing multiple open windows by adding tabs for them at the top of a single window.
