Occasionally when I open up a directory containing lots of source files, when I open one, and then a second, the second one will reuse the same tab as the first. This feels like a bug, but I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t some obscure setting. Any ideas?

Ah, thank you. I did search before posting, honest 
I guess I just wasn’t searching on the proper keywords. At any rate, I was just looking in the documentation here: http://sublimetext.info/docs/en/ trying to figure this preview feature out and the word preview came up with 0 hits when I searched on it 
So I’m left wondering…how do you “open” a file such that it doesn’t come up in preview?

Actually never mind, I think I just figured it out. If you single click it comes up as a preview, if you double click it comes up as a tab. Thanks for all of your help
