Hello people!!!
I have been a problem with Sublim Text for Windows: specifically with the PHP library for Windows.
My machine is a webserver that run iis and php. All libraries are installed with any problem and all class and functions programmed works without any problems…
But after I install the Sublime Text, the system alerts this message:
“php.exe - System error” - the program can not be started because it is missing php_mbstring.dll on your computer. Try to reinstall it to solve this problem.
… And the DLL is properly registered, configured and running smoothly. I installed apache just to watch and … the same thing (using php installer and Apache - automated mode). I tried to reset the Sublime text - uninstalling and cleaning it all entries in the Windows registry still keeps giving error. This problem persists in both the 32bit version as the 64bit version. I’m using version 2.0.2 Build 2221.
