Using Sublime 2.02, via MattDeMo’s excellent ColorSchemeEditor, I’ve just noticed that the Pastels on Dark colour scheme doesn’t quite work for the html tag

Not being a reg-ex wizard myself is this still something that can fixed easily?

Maybe i’m wrong, but the problem couldn’t be caused by the obvious syntax error you have in the shown code?
Actually there are 2 closing style tags before the opening one that renders white…
I can see why you think that.
<style>
</style>.
Comes out in white - but both should be blue. If you reverse the order (which as you point out syntactically incorrect) remains white, but turns blue. This is not the same if you substitute style for say head, or font; it’s inconsistent.
