Syntax Error in Editor

#1

Hello, I am an avid user of Sublime Text (3), and I have come across a syntactical error. If I type “php,” and begin to type “include”

<?php include...

for example, one of the suggested autofills is “inclued_get_data” rather than “include_get_data.”

Seeing how the (extremely) intelligent autofill is a hightlight of this software, I thought this was a pretty important topic, because selecting this in an attempt to be efficient will contrarily throw a definite, unambiguous syntax error every time, slowing down work progress.

Anyone else find anything like this? Is this the best place to report these errors?

Thanks.

The dot is defined as a word separator, so it would not be included in the autocomplete suggestion. Of course, some plugins could override such behavior. Strictly speaking though, the missing dot is correct. You could create a language specific setting modifying that, but there may be some unintended behavior as a result.
