Synch Folder View with Active Buffer

A toggle, a la Intellij IDEA, that automatically syncs the Folder view with the active buffer would be nice.

This is not the same as this.

Note:

You may want to set "reveal-all-tabs": false in SycnedSideBar.sublime-settings to avoid some ST startup issues though (flickering of all tabs).
