Symbol list: wraparound

It would be really REALLY nice if we could wrap around the symbol list (Ctrl+R). So say we are focused on the first entry in the list, pressing up arrow would go to LAST entry in the list! Right now it doesn’t do anything in this case.

Simple enough?

Yeah it would be nice to have it all across the board, in command palette, in symbol list, etc.
