Is it possible to make switch-project work in that way that projects are really switched ?
Now it will open new window for each project and sometimes I end with 15windows.

Ctrl+Alt+P is quick switch project, but will only work for previously opened projects and some other limitations.
You might like Open Sesame. You can set it up with a location of projects and setup a keybinding like ctrl+alt+s to quickly switch between projects.
