Svn checkout not working

Hello,
I have been using svn with sublime text 2 since 2016 with no problems. But now in a new computer I have installed sublime text 3 and the svn checkout gives me the following error:

BufferError: Error writing to console: Invalid controller.

So I can’t download the files from my svn project repository.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks for your answer. Sorry but I don’t understand why shoud I need to install a VPN. This checkuot was working correctly in my last pc.

It fixed all in my case. Don’t underastimate the amount of troubles bad internet connction can cause.
