What does it mean is not pulled up automatically upon activating the text file?

You know when you tap on a text field, the touch keyboard pulls up (appears) automatically in Windows 10 Tablet Mode. For example, you launch a browser and tap on the address field and the touch keyboard comes up automatically. However, in Sublime Text 3, that is not the case. When I tap on anywhere in the file I am viewing, the touch keyboard does not pull up automatically. I hope it is clear now. I will go ahead and submit a bug report too.

The precision touchpad and touch screen issues in Windows 8.1/10 are things I’d like to look into eventually. Currently I don’t have a surface or surface book (which has both the precision touchpad and touch screen), so I would need to get my hands on some hardware before I can really look into it.
