Surface Pen Users?

Does anyone here have a Surface Pen? If so, have you used it with Sublime Text build 3126 or older? If you have, did it function as you would expect? Does it work properly on build 3143?

On 3143 the views snap to the pen (even while hovering), and makes it quite unusable.
