Perhaps this has been discussed before but my search did not find any.
Is there a way to brose remote connection to Github or Bitbucket and pick/choose remote repository to clone, instead of having to manually add using URL etc?

No, SublimeMerge doesn’t implement code hoster clients, nor does it make any API calls beyond those supported by git.
