I purchased SublimeText 3.
I am making changes in my header, then saving, but it does not seem to work.
The web page I am creating does not seem to work.
What can I do to fix the problem?

You can’t. ST3 isn’t maintained anymore and contains many bugs. All you can do is hope for the developer to start working on the project again. ST doesn’t even start on Ubuntu anymore and there are an increasing number of bugs as new OS releases comes out.
Since it doesn’t work for you, I’m sure you’ll eligble for a refund.
