sublimeREPL problem

Hello,I am writing some simple python applications and running them with the sublimeREPL plugin,but for a while now I keep getting this annyoing pop-up :

I am getting the same problem with the R-Repl:

SublimeREPL: obtaining sane environment failed in getenv()
Check console and ‘getenv_command’ setting
WARN: Falling back to SublimeText environment

I’ve had the R-REPL environment working for a long time, but suddenly started getting this error when I start up R. I’m unsure what has changed. The R environment still works but I’d like to fix the error.
